Your Contracts Administrator Will Help You All Along The Way
- Employment Forms Must Be 100% Complete

- Your employment paperwork must be 100% complete
before the P.A.C.E. Contracts Administrator can complete the
employment process and assign you to a Division Administrator.
- If you do not yet have a client you may submit everything
but the Client Site Information form. The Contract
Administrator will not contact your client until your employment
paperwork is complete and he or she has your completed Client
Site Information form.

The information in this document will help P.A.C.E. reach
a contractual agreement with your client regarding the terms
of your working relationship. Your Division Administrator
will not contact your client until you complete and submit
this form to P.A.C.E.

This document defines the working relationship between you
and P.A.C.E.
- Driver's
Release Form
The driver's release form tells us that you have automobile
insurance that will cover you while on the client's property
and on the client's business.

Policy
The purpose of this policy is to define harassment, including
sexual harassment, provide procedures for the investigation
of harassment claims, and insure that violations are remedied
fully.

Safety
The purpose of this policy is to make sure that our employees
work in a safe environment.

Income Tax Withholding Form (W-4)
Complete Form W-4 so that P.A.C.E. can withhold the correct
Federal income tax from your pay.
- State Income Tax Withholding Form
Download and complete the form for your state only
if it is on the following list.

Eligibility Verification (I-9)
The Department of Homeland Security requires that
we obtain documentation to prove that you are eligible to work
in the United States. Copies of supporting documents must be
notarized if you are unable to show the documentation to P.A.C.E.
in person. Mail (do not fax) the completed I-9 to P.A.C.E.
- Notary Certification Form
Present this document to a notary for certification if you are unable to provide your I-9 documentation to P.A.C.E. in person. Mail (do not fax) the notarized
certification along with the completed I-9 to P.A.C.E.
