Free financial advice is just one of the many tax-advantaged support services that P.A.C.E. makes available to all P.A.C.E. employees.

P.A.C.E. has appointed Wayne C. Deutscher, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), to provide free financial assistance to P.A.C.E. employees. We encourage you to contact Wayne regarding any aspect of your P.A.C.E. 401(k) Retirement Savings Account. Wayne is also available to answer your questions and provide general advice regarding your personal finances.

This service is available to all P.A.C.E. employees at no charge.

Wayne, as a financial advisor, works with employees to save more and to have more. He believes that individuals can achieve their financial success only through education and careful planning.

Deutscher Advisory Group has over twenty-two years of experience working with Northern California businesses in the 401(K) and Pension Plan arena.

Wayne obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1990 and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 1991. He is past-president of the Peninsula Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, and currently chairs the SECTIONS committee; a tax publication of advanced underwriting and investment ideas.

When not helping clients, Wayne can be found pursuing his passion of fly-fishing on one of our nation's many waterways.
