  • If an independent professional or another contractor joins P.A.C.E. on your recommendation, P.A.C.E. will pay to you a referral reward equal to 1% of the referred Division Manager's gross revenues for as long as both of you are actively billing through P.A.C.E.
    
    
  • There is no limit to the number of times you can refer new Division Managers.
    
    
  • If you refer one Division Manager whose revenues are the same as yours, P.A.C.E.'s 6% administrative service fee effectively drops to 5%. Refer three Division Managers and the effective fee drops to 3%. Refer six Division Managers and it drops to zero. Refer more than six Division Managers and P.A.C.E. ends up paying you to be a P.A.C.E. Division Manager.
